On August 30th, Gary Honeman had an opportunity to sit down with Lynn Wheeler at the Westminster Library to have a conversation about Lynn’s tenure and accomplishments as Director of Carroll County Public Library (CCPL) system, where she has served our community for close to 15 years.

More specifically, the discussion focused on Lynn’s support and leadership with regard to promoting diversity in Carroll County through the influence of books, media, and public presentations. Lynn and her staff, in collaboration with our State library system, have supported CCRE and the broad range of organizations that have collaborated with CCPL to raise the awareness and consciousness of diverse groups and minority representation in our County.
